The Lifespan Fitness Reformer is made to help with fitness goals big and small! The Reformer is engineered for accessible fitness and health in old age, with disabilities, and as part of injury rehabilitation with stable hand rails either side of the running belt. Speed starts as low as 0.3km/h and reaches as much as 14km/h.
